Hi
I had an MRI scan done for other reasons last year and during the scan they also covered all gynae issues as I have Endometriosis which I have been on long term meds for.....
during the MRI they have reported multiple Nabothian Cysts on my cervix with a high T1 content..... had a routine follow up with Gynae in May and it was dismissed re the findings, change of meds (to Ryeqo) for Endo and review in 6 months..... I've now received my follow up for early Feb after chasing due to having issues with the Ryeqo drug.
However, It has been niggling me about these cysts and something feels off. I'm not sure if my symptoms are due to the Ryeqo or if theses something more going on and looking at it Nabothian Cysts can be cancer and mistaken for cysts.
I've been having very irregular bleeding since around August, watery discharge, feeling of heaviness in my lower stomach and I'm constantly tired. Busy lifestyle though so this can be down to other things and just general stress. I did have an abnormal smear 4 years ago and positive HPV, followed up with colposcopy and punch biopsies which came back clear. Repeat smear 12 months later was ok too and so I am now on standard 5 yearly smears again. I am concerned though something feels off.
I will be expressing my concerns and symptoms in my appt in the next couple of weeks naturally and I am also aware that some could be due to the Ryeqo not being right for me.
Has anyone had anything like this/experiences and what was the process?
