Wellbeing exercise for work

Ive been asked at work to do a wellbeing exercise for our team. My colleagues have to each do other things in future meetings.
Any ideas welcome on what I can do? They’ll be 9 of us in the meeting.

How about neurographic art? Or are you near a park, could you do a short wellbeing walk? Some neck and shoulder yoga from YouTube?

How long does it have to be? Is it like a 5 min thing at the start of a meeting?

Does it have to be in the room? I'd suggest that's not very effective as a wellbeing exercise , do you have a budget? Things we've done include a coastal pier walk (local to office), a mindfulness session at a local planetarium, we had a really good mh speaker come in, we have regular participation in local sporting events with other organisations for charity which people really enjoy your the exercise and team building, but the important bit is people should choose what to engage in that supports their well-being. Not be forced to do some kind of ice breaker exercise in a meeting room
