hiya! so usually i get spotting 3-4 days before my period. its not continuous it can be a day of spotting then a break.
this cycle i have had a lot of spotting which i think it is quite unusual for me. all the dates with coloured lines (pink,blue,black) are all days i’ve had spotting. nearly all of the spotting has just either been 1 x in the morning or 2 x day,
i am due my period anyday now however all I’ve currently got is the spotting shown in the first pic x
has anyone experienced anything like this before? x
i had bad lower back pain at the start of this week and on the weekend, and have had cramps a couple days ago. and cramps only this evening
