Desperately seeking breast enlargement recommendations

Hi!
I’m finally taking the plunge and getting my almost non-existent breasts enlarged.
I’m struggling to work out which provider to go with. Can anyone recommend? And give me an idea of cost?
Any reviews for Mya/Spire/Transform?
Other places?
I’m based in Cambridge, if that matters!
Thanks

Why?

allthebestss · 23/01/2026 21:37

Because I can’t even wear a dress because there’s nothing to go in the top of it. I feel like a freak.

You are not a freak, you just need to work out what clothes suit your body shape. It will probably take a while to get used to just being proud of your body but surgery to insert plastic is just nonsensical.

I know what I'm talking about because I have been through the exact same thing and it was difficult when fashion was very cleavage-based, but it's incredibly freeing when you accept yourself as you are.
