Coil and mood swings??

I’m due to have the hormonal coil fitted to try and lighten my period but really worried about the side effects in particular the mood changes.
I already suffer with anxiety and really worried this will make things worse.
Any advice?

I had the mirena for heavy periods, but also because I knew I could just add gel in for HRT. I found it reduced my rages and PMT. I wish I’d had it years earlier.
