Ulcers on prolapse

ive had a full thickness rectol prolapse since 2021 and recently I’ve been struggling with it and noticed blood more often when I wipe.
I don’t want to gross anyone out and be too tmi but I noticed today that it has now got ulcers dotted over the whole thing . I’m seeing the dr on Tuesday because I’m constantly drained lately and feel I’m struggling toilet wise so I’ve taken a photo so he can see
but why do they ulcer? I am wondering if anyone here has any experience of this please ?

Oh my goodness that must be sore!
(I have a partial & that’s uncomfy enough).
Presumably it is because the soft & delicate vaginal walls are touching underwear?
I’ve tried to find a barrier lubricant / cream / whatever that helps but no luck so far.
