I was wondering if anybody has experienced irregular vaginal bleeding after sex and after a bowel movement pre period? Smear clear, also given colposcopy to check cervix which was clear. Had an ultrasound which came back clear, other than possible adenomyosis (fortunately I have pain or other symptoms associated with this condition and womb normal size). I get spotting after sex and vaginal spotting after a bowel movement before I get a period. On HRT, but not vaginal estrogen. Has anybody experienced this? Because tests are essentially clear my GP has no further action on this and can’t explain it. I wondered if anybody else has experienced this? It makes me reluctant to be intimate and makes me worry it’s going to happen every time.
