Has the endometriosis been removed say in the last 6 months via excision or laser?.

Nope unfortunately not

I only found out about a year after I had my second child that I had deep infiltrating (stage 4) endometriosis, as I suddenly developed symptoms.

I had my two children 2.5 years apart and got pregnant quickly both times. I have no idea though if I’m an exception to the rule or it’s not unusual, but it is possible.

I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis at age 19 and had lots of hormone treatment. First child conceived within 3 months, second child was about 6 weeks and third a surprise at age 38. Apparently I’m very fertile despite the endometriosis. I was worried I’d be infertile but evidently not.
I wish you all the best OP.
