Been having some soreness down below so had a look (I never do this so can’t compare) and there are so many fleshy lumps at the entrance to my vagina! Is this normal? Can post a pic but not sure if that’s weird!!!

They can be. They're called Papillae.

Bartholin Cysts. Hurt like hell.
Can you have a warm bath? That might help.
Do not post a picture.
I sometimes get acne in that area, at random.

I have large internal ones that look like genital warts, to the point where I went to a sex clinic wanting to get them frozen off.
They can look veey similar to the warts but are visually different with papillae usually singular or in a line and warts appearing in clusters. Papillae are smooth at the surface whilst warts lumpy.

I don’t know how to describe this best … just so many lumps all different shapes and sizes on the vaginal wall inside

Nothing like spots or acne!

It's normal unless they hurt and are actually spots or cysts. The vagina isn't a smooth walled hole.

These can still be papillae - I have them, and as a pp said, once went to a GUM/STI clinic in a panic about them - consultant took a good look and said perfectly normal anatomical variation!

If you are worried, you can usually make an appointment direct with very little waiting with a hospital STI clinic, and they will take a look for you. Prob quickest way to put your mind at rest, and they can refer on to other hospital departments if anything is worrying.
