Early pregnancy after loss – scared

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice and reassurance please.

I’ve just found out I’m around 4 weeks pregnant. This comes after two neonatal losses, so I’m absolutely terrified rather than excited at the moment.

With my last pregnancy (sadly ending in 2022), I was told I would need a cervical stitch in future pregnancies and to attend preterm birth prevention clinics/classes due to my history.

Does anyone know if this kind of care is usually put in place straight away, or do you have to push for it? I’m really scared of being left to wait and my anxiety is through the roof.

Any experiences or advice would be so appreciated. Thank you for reading ❤️

Hi, I’m not sure I have anything useful to add in relation to your questions but I did want to say I’m so sorry for your losses. My son was stillborn and there wasn’t a massive amount of extra support in subsequent pregnancies but I know this differs a lot depending on area so hopefully yours will be on the ball. Best of luck with your pregnancy, I know how terrifying it is but just take each day at a time or hour if need be.
