I’m looking at getting a Philips Lumea IPL for full-body use and I’m torn between the 9000 series vs the 9900 series.
Has anyone used either?
Is the 9900 actually worth the extra money, or is the 9000 just as good in terms of results?
I’ll be using it on legs, underarms, bikini and face. Also, in regards to face, I currently have upper lip and chin threaded. Do I still do this with IPL or do I need to shave instead?
