Growth near eye

Over the years, I have had some growths appear on my face but this one has popped up overnight and it’s stressing me out. How do I get rid?!

It looks like a milia to me?

if it is mila then a regular beautician can usually remove or they just go on their own eventually, I used to regularly get them.
