Bleeding 30ml every 20 minutes?

My periods seem to worsen with each one.

I have PCOS.

Had suspected endometrial cancer but that was ruled out. Benign polyp so awaiting to be seen by Benign team.

Had a recent TV scan that just mentioned cysts. Suspected endometriosis but no follow up as of yet.

I bleed daily outside of my period but fucking hell, my period started last night and the pain is just too much. Morphine every 4-6 hours + Tranexamic and Mefanamic Acid. Heat pad on all the time. I have to wear nappies as I physically cannot get up that much to change my cup so I just bleed everywhere.

I've had enough.

Can you go private. That sounds awful.

To see gynae? Would they be able to diagnose endometriosis? Thanks for replying x

Endometriosis is normally diagnosed via a keyhole surgery op called a laparoscopy. I would go private if you can also because nhs waiting lists to see gynaecology in many areas are miles long.

You can have both Endometriosis and PCOS . I was also diagnosed with both.

I would keep a daily pain and symptom diary if you do not already do this. Tv scans do not detect endo if it is present because the deposits are so small.

You need to go to A&E, today, if you are really bleeding that much and it continues.

You will bleed 90ml in an hour, so nearly a litre in 10 hours.

That sounds awful, you poor thing and not fair that you’re just expected to ‘get on with it’.

I have no advice unfortunately but I hope you get it sorted.
