Does this sound like chlamydia or something else

so this morning I bled , bright red with maybe a tiny tiny clot . Anyway I know this is a bit weird for some people but I’m quite familiar with my cervix , I have felt it in the past and also I need to check where it is every time I put a tampon in or I’ll bleed through as it lodges itself sort at the back of my cervix .
anyway, I felt like a fleshy bit protruding from my cervix which I had never felt before . And it was def bleeding .
managed to get a Nurse practitioner appointment this evening and she had a look with the speculum and said it looks like there is some swelling coming from inside my womb, asked if I am in a long term relationship and sent me off with abx for chlamydia.
I thought ( hoped) she’ll see a polyp and refer me to gynae.
i can still fell that fleshy bit protruding, it moves …wth is that then ???
my partner is adamant he has not cheated , neither have I .
i can book to see a private Gynaecologist for next week , do you think is a reasonable choice ?
my friend seemed to think I’m crazy to spend 130£ but I’m worried something is being missed. What is this swelling from inside the womb, you can’t see the inside of the womb with a speculum, can you ?
also I have been coughing like mad for the past few days to the point o thought I broke a rib , I wonder if that’s got anything to do with this thing starting to protrude out my cervix ..so confused .
I thought I had been tested for STI when I lost my son at 24 weeks .

Sensible choice as she didn’t refer you to gynae/get a dr to look.
Did she even do a swab for chlamydia, or just prescribe?

It could be a nabothian cyst maybe? I think it will be £130 well spent for peace of mind.

she did do a swab, thing is she was adamant there was nothing inside the cervix , then mention swelling , and I can definitely feel something moving in the middle of the cervix. I have had the cyst you are talking about , but those feel like some spots on the actual cervix , this is inside the hole. Honestly who knows , definitely a recent thing as it was not there few weeks ago . I’ll update on Monday . Hopefully I’m not just crazy .

Just if someone comes by this post in the future , as I hate when no one updates the outcomes , went to the private doc : it was a polyp . I’m waiting for a scan now as when I went to get it removed it was not there anymore so they’ll scan me to see if there are more inside .
as fur the swab, apparently it was not collected with sufficient sample so will never know, I doubt it was an infection though as as the polyp went se went the symptoms .
