Has anyone had any new treatments that have made an improvement in urine leakage. Or what have you tried that has been successful other than having surgery.
Thank you.

Not sure of context but yes, specifically:

-Losing a lot of weight
-using a tens- type internal trainer for pelvic floor muscles
-HRT.
Obviously those aren’t going to be relevant if you’re a pre menopausal 30 year old, have a fistula or have some nerve damage.

Hope you get it sorted.

I've just had surgery - see my thread - but the other option you could look into is bulkamid injections. You'd need a referral yo a urogynaecologist to discuss those.

Thanks for this - i would like to share my own experience

i have lost 25kg (5kg and i will be at “normal” BMI) and this has done NOTHING to my stress incontinence - unfortunately… it probably helps on some level but i just cant see it…

i did have one round of Tens-type internal trainer about 10 years ago and the results were fast and amazing, unfortunately they did not last very long…

OP: what have you tried?
