I have been taking inessa advanced multi vitamin for a few years I think it’s ok
it has all the trace elements like biotin zinc etc plus all the B vits etc that I need but I think it’s time to change
im 56 on HRT eat a good diet though prob not enough protein (I’m pescatarian ) good BMi but think I need something that has specifics for hair and skin but has all the other things too as don’t want to add another special supplement.
theres so many out there ! Any tried and tested ! 🙏

I think the evidence for multivitamins is very weak, quality control is mixed, absorption is poor and it's really easy with a generic to end up getting too much of some things and not enough of others. Instead of spending on multivitamins , it's better to get a varied diet with lots of fruit and veg and top up with single supplement versions of what you actually need, e.g. vitamin D in the winter.
