Women’s multivitamin plus iron recommendations

I am in my late sixties and in poor health, both physically and mentally. For a number of reasons I struggle to eat a really balanced diet, although I do try to. As the title says, can anyone recommend a really good multivitamin & iron supplement? There are other reasons why I need this, but I can’t go into them here. At the moment I am taking Tesco’s own version, but I am just wondering if there might be a better one.
TIA

I take nutritional geeks iron every other day and a high vitamin d tablet daily. These have really helped me. I’ve also started taking magnesium to help with sleep, but I just use a cheap home bargains tub.
