Anyone use natural cycles app?

I’ve been looking at using the natural cycles app for contraception but don’t know anyone who has used or is using it?
we’re happily married with 2 kids (whilst I’d be happy with another my husband doesn’t want any more kids!)
I didn’t go back on the pill after having our youngest (now 18 months) mainly because I had zero sex drive and wanted to actually want sex again.
We currently use condoms when we have sex, a vasectomy seems very ‘final’ and so I’ve been looking at the natural cycles app which sounds like it gives us the safety net of no condoms on non-fertile days?

I didn't use that app, but having tracked my cycle (and had a text book "perfect" 28 day cycle + / - 24 hours my entire fertile life, at the age of 42, I ended up pregnant from action on day 6 of my cycle.
(couldnt have been anywhen else because I went on holiday for 3 weeks after day 6)

As it was I got very very poorly, very long story, quite literally nearly died and was advised that another pregnancy could kill me, so during one of the operations to try and make me better (from these massive complications) I was sterlised at the same time.

For the record after recovering my cycle came back to the same text book 28 day cycle, so in theory i should not have got pg on (or before) day 6.... but I did....

I’ve been using Natural Cycles for a while now and it’s genuinely helped me feel more in control of my cycle and fertility awareness. You just take your temperature during the night and then it will tell you if you're fertile or not!
