Pelvic organ prolapse...cube pessary

Fitted with a cube pessary recently but finding it difficult to remove so am worried about putting it back in....also have some irritation/odour which I think must be connected. Anyone experienced similar?
Really want it to work but not sure I can keep going with it.

How did you get it in?

I had a silicone ring for a while and GP showed me how to squeeze in in half to insert.

I couldn't have coped with something permanent and mine had to come in and out for sex or a bowel movement.

Do you have some oestrogen cream handy? You could smother it with that to help it get back in?

You sort of twist/squash it to insert... held in place by suction so you have to break the suction to remove. I get anxious about removing it which doesn't help!
