Hysterectomy earlier this year (aged 39) due to endometriosis - never had much of a sex drive because of pain, medications, etc. But now finally seem to have my HRT on the right track and my libido is back with a bang (not literally yet though).
I've just started seeing someone and think we will be sleeping together for the first time next weekend. HOWEVER, the last couple of times I've gone solo my nose has started bleeding when I orgasm. It stops fairly quickly but I've no idea how to stop it happening in the first place. Apparently it can be fairly normal due to changes in intracranial pressures/nasal tissues due to blood flow - but I really don't want a nosebleed getting in the way of my newly found sex life! (Especially in a four poster in a 5* spa hotel which he's booked - birthday treat)
Anyone had similar - does it go away? Or any advice...
