Strange headache at the end of period

I am in the final day or so of my period, and for the last 2 days I have had a strange headache, although not too painful. I’ve had the sensation of being light headed or feeling a bit wobbly. I’ve been known to have terrible headaches at the start of my period, and Google seems to think it could be lack of iron. Does anyone have the same?

Since I hit peri I get a migraine towards the end of my period. That can leave me feeling really odd. Sometimes I get a headache but not always.

I get the same and have for years. It's a migraine for me. Related to hormone levels.
