Hey so I’m prone to thrush and BV, I just wondered what vaginal probiotics would you recommend or oral ones? That is good at preventing or treating. I seen from previous posts canesflor was great but then discontinued. :(

Hi op! I used to be the exact same, constantly getting either BV, thrush or UTI's. I made a few changes which totally fixed it for me, firstly if you're ever using the self treat packs from a pharmacy or boots always check the ingredients! After doing loads of research I was horrified to find that most of those products actually contain alcohol based ingredients which actually make symptoms like burning and itching worse!

Instead of thrush cream I switched to a 100% natural vaginal moisturizer, whilst also cutting out everything like bubble bath and no perfumed products in the shower as all these can affect ph inbalance and cause a flare up (also wet toilet wipes). Then I looked all over and settled on these probiotics which I got on Amazon, took 1 day for years until I fell pregnant and I haven't had a flare up of anything since!!

P.s I even changed my lubricant to 100% natural just to be sure, you wouldn't believe how many chemicals were all actually putting down there!! Hope this helps!

Hi. @TheHappyMaker Have you contacted the manufacturer or brand?
I saw something similar on Amazon called Canesten CanesBiotics.
If you can find a probiotic with the strain Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, it is one of the most researched strains regarding vaginal flora and vaginal health.
Additionally, Including live yogurt in your diet can support both vaginal and gut health. Yep, avoid bubble bath. I know we like to smell lovely, but try to avoid anything perfumed for a certain period. Wear comfortable cotton knickers.

I take Optibac for women.
