Menopause symptoms apart from periods

I had a hysterectomy a few years ago that left my ovaries intact, so I didn't immediately go into menopause. I'm aware that a hysterectomy can cause menopause earlier than usual and feel like I am getting a few symptoms, though I'm only in my early 40s. The symptoms are fairly general though so I can't tell if they are connected to the menopause or if they are entirely unrelated. How on earth do you tell if you might be menopausal if you don't have periods to give you a clue? What were your other main symptoms?

Horrendous anxiety
Horrific mood swings
Brain fog
Memory issues
Exhaustion. Bone crushing exhaustion
Sleep disturbance
Over sensitive sense of smell
super sensitive to touch

Hot flushes didn’t happen until a long, long time after all that started.

I’ve had palpitations, itching all over my torso for no reason, insomnia, mood swings. I’ve also been getting nauseous and travel sick, which is very odd for me.
