I’m having a colonoscopy tomorrow afternoon. I was supposed to take one Picolax sachet at 2pm , my mind is everywhere with work and another surgery I’m having next week basically I put the lemon squash in the water but forgot to put the sachet in, I did wonder why it didn’t seem to taste as bad as people thought, anyway I came downstairs at 5pm to take the next sachet only to find the first one and then realised what I’ve done. I googled if I could take two in succession and that seemed to be a no no so I’ve called the hospital although no one seems to be able to find the right person to talk to so I’m waiting on a call back . Just wondered if anyone else has been in the same position and taken a couple of doses in close proximity, I’ve got to take three sachets , supposed to have been 2pm, 5pm and then 7 am. I think I might take the next one at 8pm ?
