Eyebrows and the menopause..

My eyebrows have steadily thinned out due to the menopause and now there’s hardly anything there. I’ve heard of microblading, has anyone had this done? If so, were you happy with it? Any tips much appreciated x

This can be a symptom of underactive thyroid (in case you didn't know). Sorry, no ideas about microblading.

Try dyeing them first, there might be very light hairs there that just neeya bit of oomph.

This can be attributed to issues with the thyroid gland being underactive. Do see your GP.

Echoing what others have said. Thinning eyebrows led me to a diagnosis of Hashimoto's. So check your thyroid too.

Is micro blading the tattooing? My friend had hers done as post meno, her very pale eyebrows disappeared. They look good, she had them done in a pale brown so they look quite natural. They do need topping up after a while.

Bye the time I was passed the menopause my eyebrows had discovered how to burrow down and erupt on my chin . I’m 70 now and I’ve given up plucking my eyebrows and just pluck my chin 😀

I use Incredibrow microblade pen.
