Ferritin levels

With a ferritin level of 10 ug/L. What should be taken and what dose? Can't see a GP until the end of the month and I'm exhausted.

GP told me to take Ferrous Fumarate 210mg 3 times a day for 3 months. I persevered with the side effects and it worked.

Hiya that's really low, mine was 36 and although it was put down as 'acceptable' on my blood results, when I queried it the doctor said 'oh actually you need to be on iron tablets for 3 months' and then prescribed me 200mg ferrous sulphate.

I initially went to docs because of migraines and hair loss.
