Just started with shemed on wegovy and feeling cautiously optimistic! Appetite’s definitely smaller already (been a week), so I’m trying to make every bite count, focusing on protein, fibre, and balanced meals rather than just eating less. I’ve been looking at the EatingWell 30-day high-protein plan for ideas, any ideas if its any good? (www.eatingwell.com/30-day-high-protein-meal-plan-for-visceral-fat-11839904 ), It shows lots of simple, filling meals that should help with energy and preserving muscle while losing fat, but everyone says different things so I'm not quite sure. Trying to be realistic: I know it’s not instant, but I’m hoping slow and steady wins here. Also, learning to listen to my body more instead of forcing meals. Anyone else at the early stages of GLP-1 treatment? Would love to swap tips on managing appetite changes and keeping meals satisfying! Also people not on meds can also pitch in for advice; all help is good help!
