Discharge

Can anyone tell me why I'm suddenly getting quite heavy discharge? I actually soaked through my jeans today which was odd.

To preempt the inevitable questions:

No, I'm not confusing it with incontinence - I don't have any issues there.
I'm not menopausal (or peri).
I don't have any irritation or any other signs of an infection, and no pain when urinating.
It's not an STD.
I'm not pregnant (please don't say, "But are you absolutely sure?" - yes, I'm sure).
It is odourless.
I haven't changed my washing powder.
I have not recently changed diet or activity or anything about my environment.

Thanks.

I had similar and I think it may have been due to an endometrial polyp. However it can also be a sign of endometrial cancer so you should see a GP. Xxx

Thank you for replying. If it doesn't stop I'll make an appointment.

Have you recently had a cough / cold for which you were taking medicine? I once found that taking ‘chesty cough’ medicine made me run like a tap. Makes sense really when you consider that its job is to thin / loosen mucus.

Ovulation? I get very heavy watery discharge about a week after my period. It’s very noticeable but not painful or uncomfortable. Just feels a bit gross.

Nope, but good thought.

No, don't ovulate.
