Stomach pain

Hi,
so for a while now I have been getting stomach pain at night which I think is caused by my bladder filling up, I've done a wee sample at the doctor which has came back normal and I don't suffer with it in the day but at night I have sharp pains in my belly, my sides and my back whenever my bladder fills up so I empty it multiple times a night and 9/10 the pain goes.
what could this be?

Can you be more specific about any other symptoms you have at the same time? Have you had any other tests or scans?
It may be that whilst you fele the sensation from your bladder, the issue is mainly from somewhere else?

I wouldn't say I have any other symptoms it is just at night time my stomach is so sore and emptying my bladder gets rid of the pain

Ah okay, have any scans been planned? It's hard as it's only happening during the night which seems odd. What else has the GP said?
