Pins and needles in hands and feet when laying down

Anyone else experienced this. Doctors are no help. Doesn’t matter if I’m on my back left or right side my feet hands and sometimes right arm get pins and needles/numb feeling 😩 it’s been going on for about 2 months starting to worry

Have you had blood tests? Especially for B12? When mine dropped low I got pins and needles. Alternatively just start taking a supplement and see if it helps. Mine resolved within two months of supplements. You may just notice it more when you're lying down, rather than it being present only at that point.

Hiya, yes I had some recently b12 is good but my folate looks low end of normal not sure if it could be that. Doctors just say all is fine
