Copper coil side effects!?

This is a bit of a long winded one, but I was wondering if anyone could share similiar experiences.

I had the copper coil fit just over a year and a half ago. I have always had heavy periods but noticed they did get a little heavier since having the coil fit (I was expecting this as I know it can be a side effect). The only other symptom I noticed which was unusual was a pain in my right thigh when it is my TOTM.

For the past couple of months, I have noticed recurring UTI symptoms (I used to have frequent UTIS but they stopped about a year ago). I have also had unusual discharge (sorry for the TMI) which has been sometimes a different colour, sometimes frothy or sometimes with a strong odour. I have also occasionally experienced spotting between periods. I did start panicking that it could be an STI, even though I am not currently sexually active, however have had a test for chlam/gon which both were negative so I can rule out anything like that.

Now, since my smear test, I have come on my period 5 days early and it is extremely heavy with a lot of blood clots (the flow is not unusual but the blood clots are). Could this be related at all? I'm assuming this is my period, rather than bleeding due to the smear test.

Other symptoms I have been experiencing which i have since read could be connected to the copper coil are - hair loss, weight gain and acne?? I have never suffered with either of these 3 things in the past before my coil!!

My question is, could any of these symptoms be due to my coil, and could some of them appear 1.5 years after fitting!?

Please no comments regarding the bleeding etc being due to something more sinister, as I have very bad health anxiety already and am awaiting my smear results.

TIA x
