Using period blockers / Norethistone to reset cycle?

40 yo - no hormonal birth control, using a copper coil
happily, with a very very regular cycle.

I have no perimenopause symptoms yet but my cycle is super regular, it's heavy and lasts about 6 days due to my coil. I have a really tough winter coming up with work and I do a manual job, my cycle is going to land on the 7th-12th through the whole winter and I'll be working outdoors with no access to a toilet mid month just when I'll be on my period. Hooray 🙁

Has anyone has any success using period blockers to "reset" their cycle? Can this even be done? Any other medication I can use to do this. I can't bear the thought of having to struggle in February bleeding like crazy and being in the middle of nowhere!!

I've used it to stall a period for holidays etc. It's worked fine. They do make you a bit more hormonal /pmt symptoms tho.

Did it move your next cycle along at all?

I'm trying to see if by extending one cycle with Nkstherinome I'll get my periods about 26th-30th the next month, does it delay ovulation/next cycle?

Yes it did. My new first day of period became the start of my next cycle.

Aah good that's what I am after! I bought £29 worth from Boots and I'm extending this cycle 10
days and then I'll have some spares for emergencies over winter is my plan!
