Blister looking growth on chest. Advice please

I have had a few skin tags here and there but this definitely seems different. It feels hard as opposed to what skin tag feels like.
had anyone had anything like this?

Could be a spider or bug bite, or has it rubbed again bra or top?

feels like a hard spot but when zoom in on photo it does look warty. Just down from collar bone and to the centre

I thought it might be shingles but perhaps not if it has been there for a while.

With any skin changes it is always recommended to get it examined by your GP. It is likely nothing to worry about but if it does need treatment then it’s best to get it sorted.
I had something recently and I kept ignoring it then one day it became blood filled. I saw a GP and it was fine, I felt a bit silly for wasting their time but they said it was best to get it checked, and that if there are any other changes to go back.
