Dear moms,
I would like to have a microbiome test .I wonder if you have any experience and recommendations.
I don't want to go for the fashionable and expensive one (ZOE) .

From what I gather from various podcasts, there’s a mixture of reliability between the companies, but more importantly, you generally don’t get a ‘what to do’ with the result. It’s only a snapshot as well. You’d be better off increasing the fibre and variety of plants in your diet which can only have a beneficial effect on your microbiome.
