Vitamins/minerals for older women

Just wondering what everyone thinks are important vitamins/minerals to keep on top of as you grow older. My friend's husband works in healthcare and has told her if she takes nothing else, to take extra calcium. Obviously I know eating a variety of healthy food helps (which I do other than the fact I'm pecatarian), but wondering if I should be concentrating on anything.

If you’re eating a healthy diet - high in fibre, protein, lots of fruit and vegetables and whole foods, etc, then you shouldn’t need any supplements beyond Vitamin D. Plus, if appropriate Vitamin B12 and maybe iron.

I’m also pescatarian but eat and drink plenty of full fat dairy products, so I don’t feel I’m missing anything vital at all.
