Pain after mirena fitting

I had a new mirena coil fitted last Wednesday, it’s my third and I’ve always got on with it very well.
But I’m still feeling some discomfort, not pain exactly more of a constant draggy dull ache. Is this normal??
Ive tried to call the clinic but have been unable to get through either yesterday and today so I was wondering if anyone experienced similar or whether I should start to worry! (Im a worrier, I’m already worrying!).
I guess I’m after a bit of reassurance.

Hi. I had mine fitted during a hysteroscopy 3 months ago and felt "aware of it" for at least 8 weeks. Not pain as such, but that it was there. I also bled lightly too. GP advised it could do this for up to 6 months but im not aware of it now. Hope that puts your mind at rest a bit.
