Believing women's accounts of abuse

Hi - I'm here to ask on behalf of a friend of mine who has been through an horrific ordeal at the hands of a creep that is clever enough to make his crimes unbelievable to many, including her family and she is falling apart as a result.
She only has a therapist, an ex and me, that believe her. She needs more people on her side, but she is naturally scared to reach out, so I wanted to ask if any of you guys have experience or know of people that can help her? Is there a group of women in similar circumstances that she might feel safe enough to join? She has lost the ability to trust people and I'm struggling to find solutions for her. Thanks Kx

I would advise you ask her to post here or similar by herself.

Not to be funny but I don’t like the idea of signposting someone who could be anyone (although so could your friend be) to resources for abuse survivors

@Taztoy i totally get why you are suspicious, but I am reaching out for help for my friend. Please, you have no reason to think that I am not genuine. I'm sad that ppl on this site are so eager to shoot pleas like this down. My friend needs help.
