Please could you recommend the best vitamins, tablets, powders etc to help balance hormones after giving birth.
I feel like I’ve got constant PMS and periods are all over the place . Thanks.

If you feel your PMS is extreme, perhaps look into whether you feel you have PMDD. It is an actual mental health condition, perhaps bring this up to your GP and see about getting treatment. If you can keep a mood diary for 1-3 cycles, and then show it to them. Normally treatment is antidepressants (sometimes just for the luteal phase) but some people use hormonal options.
