3 small blood blisters on vulva?

Yesterday I noticed I had three small blood blisters on my vulva in the labia minora area . Well that's what it looks like, it's hard to see. I've not cut it having either as I don't need to there. I'm really worried, I want to book a GP appointment but I've gone and started my period now.
Has anyone had anything like this before?

I'm also worried about things like ovarian C because I get IBS symptoms which I've had for a while but my tummy bloating seems a little different than normal and I keep getting bleeding in between periods. I haven't mentioned the c word to the GP only heavy periods and bleeding in-between periods. She said I have a cervical ectropion so that might be why and refered me to gyne. Buy that was back in April and I'm still waiting.

What should I do? Should I go back to the GP or wait for my referral to come through?

Could it all be linked?

I'm only 37 with children in case anyone wanted to know.

Thanks for reading.

Are the blood blisters very dark in colour? Could be varicocoeles

They seem to be but I can't tell if they are black, purple or deep red.

You can ca the gyne department you've been referred to if you want to ask anything. They're likely not cancerous as your GP would have referred you on the 2ww if they had any concerns. Have they given you anything in the meantime to help with it.
