about to have breast surgery

Hi Ladies. I am about to have breast reduction surgery (currently 38K) in afew days. Can anyone recommend bras? Can you recommend supplements (to stop bruising or anything else?
I want as quick as possible recovery - but I also wanted to keep my nipples. Any suggestions?

The lipoelastic bras are great- pricey but worth it. My clinic provided me with one which I wore for the first two weeks and then bought another online. I wear them to bed now. 6 months post surgery. Good luck!!
