Hi has anyone ever taken Norethisterone two months in a row? I want to take the tablets the month before I depart on a holiday as Im due to get my period during the holiday and want to push it back by taking the tablets the cycle before to test it out. Although just incase it messes my next (holiday) cycle up and comes early, I was thinking of taking spare tablets with my on my trip just incase it turns up.

I think it's probably me being super-sensitive to it but I've taken it twice now briefly on two separate occasions (wedding and big hol) and the pros did not outweigh the cons and I would not take again! But that is probably me though as i do seem to be very hormone-sensitive.
Taking tablets if you have started bleeding will do nothing and yes, it did appear to throw my very regular cycles into havoc for a bit!
