Period and sinus problems??

Does anyone know what might be going on? Basically a couple of months ago I had a couple of colds one after the other but since then my sinuses haven’t cleared properly, it’s been more than two months now and it’s driving me mad. I feel okay in myself but I can’t breathe through my nose, it feels very blocked and is runny on and off. People are asking me if I have a cold which I don’t, it’s just not clearing 😩

Alongside this, I have had some irregular periods and I’m unsure if they are related. I’ve always been very regular but I had one period that came two weeks after the first, then a regular one but since this one, I am now 10 days late 😳 not sure what is going on! Please help

Can’t comment on what’s going on. But I get sinus problems a lot with lingering sinus headaches. I discovered Neilmed sinus rinse which is brilliant, it’s a bit yucky to do although very straightforward and it’s definitely helped with the congestion and sinus headaches pain.

@Ahwigthankyou, do you know what’s in it? As I’ve already tried saline rinses, anti-histamines & all sorts of nasal sprays and nothing seems to be clearing it 😩😩

Weirdly I used to get cold symptoms and sinus pain almost every month before my period. Funny how no one seems to talk about PMS and it’s impact any more.

Yes it is saline so you may already have tried the equivalent. The bottle it comes with makes it easy to use.
