Has anyone found that their PF has materially improved after starting HRT?

I can only hope. I've tried everything so this is my last resort. Doctor was a bit hmm though

Avoid flat shoes and don't walk barefoot. Roll a tennis ball under your foot too. Really helped

Mounjaro has helped- reducing inflammation and weight put on foot at the same time. Stretching calf muscles constantly and avoiding just standing ( walking on) helped before that a bit

Have done all that, plus the orthotics, the luxury [but naf for the office] trainers, steroid jab in one foot, shockwave therapy, weekly physio massage. Hence pinning my hopes on estrogen.
