I’m currently TTC #2 and have a very regular (albeit fairly short) cycle of 24 days.
I have been taking 400 micrograms of active folic for about two months now and this cycle I’ve experienced spotting mid cycle. Monday was a tiny amount just when I wiped on one occasion, Tuesday was tiny amounts at different points of the day, nothing at all on Wednesday then back to some light spotting today (Thurs). All really light pink or red in colour.
has anyone experienced a change in their cycle from folic acid? It’s the only thing I can think that might be causing it. I’m still a week away from my period so it’s definitely not that. Many thanks
