Yoni egg?

As an older woman with 3 children who has been increasingly struggling with 'leaking' from time to time, I have been advised to try using a Yoni egg by a friend. I've been reading about them online and although the concept seems a little weird, trying one might actually benefit me and reduce my anxiety over embarrassing moments in public when laughing/sneezing etc as this is a problem that is beginning to interfere with daily life. I have seen a doctor and tried Kegels as advised, but I am still looking around for alternative solutions on top of this.

Has anyone else tried one and is it worth it? Are you supposed to just leave it up there for a few hours or are there exercises you're supposed to do with it? How do I know what size to buy? And are there any supposed 'spiritual' properties associated with it - should I get one in my birthstone?

Any advice is appreciated!

Skip that totally, it’s just a weight- and go for a kegel 8, I got one after my last child was born and it resolved my urinary leakage within 5 weeks but you do need to keep up with maintenance and also do your own pelvic floor exercises. Week with the money and it works.

Before you go doing that, it actually worth discussing what’s going on with a continence specialist. You need to know the exact cause and it’s absolutely not a one-size situation. If they prescribe equipment for you then it may also be covered/insured.

How old are you and do you do pelvic floor exercises daily already? If not, you should do. Every woman should, as the drop in oestrogen that starts during peri weakens the pelvic floor muscles and can cause leakage issues.
If you are over 50 then topical oestrogen can help with genitourinary symptoms, but you do need to do PFE every day, which is all the egg is for as pp says.

My physio recommended this: https://www.intimina.com/laselle
she recommended me to buy the 38gr one only
i have not bought it yet but i think i do need to as no amount of magical thinking will fix my leaking issues!!

Have you heard of the fairy godmother from the Olivia Atwood programme? I was considering using the little weights but this seems a better option -
its
called vaginal
