Spots on breast

I’ve just noticed these spots on my one breast,
not sure if I should be worried or not? Would feel silly to waste the drs time 🙈 anyone had anything similar?

It’s kind of difficult to see because of the lighting. I can see one spot but is the texture sort of lumpy? If so see a GP.

Have you had any big hormonal changes recently?

I developed spots on breast after giving birth and they didn’t go away for a few years. I found putting almond oil on them got rid eventually

@Juslooking2its like 6 small brown spots, the spots are not lumpy and my boob is abit tender, I had a baby 8 months ago xx
