Stabbing breast pain

Bit of backstory to see if you would do anything about this, but in 2021 I had a biopsy of breast lump, turns out it was benign and nothing to worry about. The lump was less round after the biopsy and I just Ignored it.
3 months ago I found a lump in similar area and wasn’t sure if if was same lump as it felt tender and rounder.
i had a scan and was told it’s the same lump and same size so no need for biopsy.
all good.

This morning I’ve woken with stabbing pains in the same breast and they come every 30 seconds, not severe but annoying.

i am due on period on Friday so its probably hormone related. Would you just class this as a hormonal issue and be assured that it’s not related to the lump, that’s not changed and was benign or have it checked out again to be sure? I’m not really worried about it but think a further biopsy would have made me not think this pain is related?
