So this where I am

this week I’ve got up and worked from 4am and am still sort of working at what 1am (I work for myself so this isn’t a “company culture issue”)

ive got do much done this week but i know the “crash” is coming

thst will be maybe two days where i cannot focus on anything and will probably lie in bed watching tv

despite the “productivity” I feel really lethargic and down and for example have taken the dog for a “token” walk

also I think I’m peri menopausal as having periods every two weeks and to the point where I’m bleeding through a tampon twel and period knickers

not sure what I’m asking really but wrf is wrong with me

If I’d been up and working 4am-1am all week then I’d feel down and lethargic too. Period won’t be helping either! The two days in bed crashing are probably your body rebelling against the 4am-1am thing.

Have you been to the doc re heavybperiod every 2 weeks?

Hi OP, we're moving your thread to our Women's Health topic as that seems a better place for it.
