Coil removal

I’ve had a coil in for about 4/5 years but now want it out. Is it my GP I need to be contacting? I can’t remember for the life of me what the hospital told me now.

Yes contact your GP and book an appointment for a removal and they can do the insertion at the same time if you want another one. You can also go to a sexual health clinic if you want (they tend to only do it for contraception though as in if you're getting it for heavy bleeding they prefer you go to the GP so you can review as a whole).
