Lump

I have had a large lump between my breast and my armpit for a number of years now. I did get it checked and was sent for a mammogram whereby the consultant was hugely dismissive (pretty horrible actually)and said there was nothing there. There wasn't on the mammogram because the lump is not in my breast and the machine didn't go that far. He didn't feel anything when he examined me either because I was lying down and it is always more apparent standing up. There was very clearly a lump.

The lump is still there and tonight I really noticed it in the mirror. It is moveable and squashy. The GP was not overly concerned when she sent me for the mammogram so I have never been back but I feel I probably should as I think it's bigger and really pretty noticeable. I've attached a picture for reference.

Has anyone ever had anything like this?
